Please read the University of Reading's usage requirements regarding OneDrive. Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based suite of solutions that includes Exchange Online as the email and calendaring environment, as well as collaborative office. Use OneDrive for collaboration but be mindful that any documents used by a team will need to be moved should the owner of the document leave. Ensure there are no contractual restrictions on use of Cloud Storage for the work you wish to store in One Drive. If the Activation wizard appears, Microsoft 365 needs your help to activate. Note: If Microsoft 365 came pre-installed on your new device, see Activate Office that's pre-installed on a new Windows device. Installation of full versions on personally owned PCs/Laptops, Tablets and Phones via the ProPlus extension (up to five installations per device type). Be sure to sign in using the Microsoft account, or work or school account, that you used to buy or subscribe to Microsoft 365.
